Libyan Coast Guard ship "Zuwara" rescues 66 migrants

SAR Op 04.08.20 - Libyan Coast Guard ship "Zuwara" rescued 66 migrants including 5 women stranded on a boat at sea with stalled engine. All rescued disembarked safely in Al Khums and were provided with medical and humanitarian aid. 

Nationality of rescued: Comoros 2,  Gambia 14, Guinea-Bissau 4, Guinea 9, Mali 2, Nigeria 16 (incl. 5 women), Senegal 3 and Sudan 16.

Libyan Coast Guard ship "Fezzan" SAR Op 27.09.2019

* Libya - SAR Op 27.12.19 - Libyan Coast Guard ship "Fezzan" rescued ca. 70 migrants incl. women & children from 1 wooden boat North of Zuwara. All disembarked safely at Tripoli Naval Base. Upon medical assistance and humanitarian aid migrants were transferred to DCIM detention center.
