* Libya 10.01.20 - Libyan Coast Guard on a single day rescued in 4 separate SAR Ops 421 migrants incl. women and children. All disembarked safely at Tripoli Naval Base. Upon medical assistance and humanitarian aid migrants were transferred to DCIM detention center.

Al-Khums Police Dept. rescued 109 migrants SAR Op 09.01.2020

* Libya 09.01.20 - Al-Khums Police Dept. rescued 109 migrants incl. women and children from 1 rubber boat cast ashore with engine defect. All migrants were transferred to Suq al Khamis Immigration Detention Center in Al-Khums for accommodation where they also received food & medical assistance.

🔴 SAR Op 11.01.20 - Libyan Coast Guard ship "Sabratha" rescued 99 migrants from 1 boat this morning. All disembarked safely at Tripoli Naval Base. Upon medical assistance and humanitarian aid migrants were transferred to DCIM detention center.

Sabratha General Command Special Forces Unit rescued 56 migrants

🔴 Libya 10.01.20 - Sabratha General Command Special Forces Unit in support of Coast Guard rescued 56 migrants incl. 9 women and 2 children. All disembarked safely and were transferred to DCIM authorities for processing and accommodation.

* [UPDATE] 13.01.20 - Sabratha DCIM authorities jointly with GC SF unit apprehended 13 illegal migrants hiding in the old city and belonging to a larger group. Search and investigation continues.
